The thing I love most about making a healthy Ranch dip, is that you get a really tasty snack with a lot of flavor without having to eat anything bad for you. The raw vegetables are about as healthy as you can get, while the Greek yogurt provides plenty of protein without a lot of fat. It’s the perfect snack!

Makes 8 Servings of Healthy Ranch Dip Recipe with Cilantro & Jalapeno.
What you need:
- 2 cups fat free Greek yogurt
- 2 jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper to taste
Remove seeds and ribs from jalapenos and chop finely, add to a medium bowl.
Chop garlic clove and herbs finely and add to the jalapenos.
Add Greek yogurt and a pinch of salt and pepper to the bowl. Combine all the ingredients together and serve with veggies or chips, holds in the refrigerator for a week.
