Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 4 green onions
- 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- ¼ crumbled blue cheese
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Healthy Blue Cheese Dip Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: This is a great meal prep dip! Make it ahead of time and cover with plastic wrap. Press down the plastic wrap so that it is touching the dip to remove all the air and it will hold better.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days. Not ideal for freezer storage.

Low Calorie Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- ¼ crumbled blue cheese
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place the green onions in a medium bowl, reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish.
- Add the yogurt, blue cheese and pepper, and fold together carefully. Don’t smash the cheese too much—you want the dip to have small, medium and large chunks.
- Top with the reserved green onions.
