How to Make Fried Avocado in Air Fryer
It’s easy to make these air fried avocado slices low in calorie and healthy.
In this section you’ll learn how to make the breaded avocado slices, and how to fry them in an air fryer.
How to Make Avocado Fries:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 ̊.
- Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and cut each half into 5 slices. Use a spoon to scoop the sliced from the avocado skin. Set aside.
- In a shallow bowl or pie pan crack the egg and whisk.
- To a separate shallow bowl or pie pan, combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix together and set aside.
- Dip each avocado slice into the eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture before moving to a plate.
- Once all the avocado slices are coated in breadcrumbs, add to the basket of the air fryer, sprat with olive oil, and air fry for 3 minutes.
- Flip the avocado slices, spray with olive oil, and air fry for an additional 3 minutes.
- When the avocados are crispy and golden brown, move to a plate and serve with Homemade Fry Sauce.
