  3. Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Turn off the heat, and add in the salsa verde, chicken and cheese. Mix together.
  5. Steam the tortillas in the microwave according to package (wrap in a wet paper towel and cook for 30-60 seconds until hot and pliable).
  6. To each tortilla, scoop 3 tablespoons of the filling down the middle of the tortilla. Then roll the tortillas into taquitos.
  7. Place taquitos seam down in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching, and spray with olive oil. (Work in batches if needed.)
  8. Air fry for 6-9 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Flip taquitos over, spray with olive oil, and air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
