How to Make Shredded Chicken in Crockpot:

  1. Add chicken, lemon juice (or broth), garlic powder, salt and pepper (or seasoning) to a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Remove chicken from slow cooker (let cool for 10 minutes to be safe) and shred with 2 forks.
  4. Add back to the crockpot and mix with any leftover liquid.
