  1. To a large bowl add the kale, 1/2 of the pecans, 1/2 of the cranberries, and the dressing (plus 1/2 of any addition protein add ins).
  2. Toss well until the vinaigrette coats all the kale.
  3. Move to a plate (or meal prep container) and top with the remaining pecans, cranberries and the avocado (and the remaining 1/2 of the optional protein add ins).
