Making a salad kale recipe is easy and hearty. You’ll need to remove the stem and discard it, but you can also get a bag of chopped kale to save time.


How to Make a Healthy Kale Salad:
- To a large bowl add the kale, 1/2 of the pecans, 1/2 of the cranberries, and the dressing (plus 1/2 of any addition protein add ins).
- Toss well until the vinaigrette coats all the kale.
- Move to a plate (or meal prep container) and top with the remaining pecans, cranberries and the avocado (and the remaining 1/2 of the optional protein add ins).
