Ingredients
  

  • ½ garlic clove grated
  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the homemade salad dressing ingredients to a bowl.
  • Mix well, add 1/8 teaspoon pepper and taste. Add more if desired.
  • Serve over all your favorite salads! It goes great on roasted veggies too!
