You can make this Caesar Dressing in a jar if you like. Simply add all the ingredients and shake well. This is extra helpful as you can also store the salad dressing in the jar you’ve made it in!
How to Make Caesar Salad Dressing:
- To a medium bowl combine all the ingredients for homemade Caesar salad dressing.
- Mix well. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach your desired thickness.
- Taste, and add more salt or pepper as needed.
- Store in an airtight container (jars are great for storage) for up to 7 days in the fridge.

HEALTHY Caesar Dressing (with No Anchovies)
Ingredients
- ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan optional
- 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- To a medium bowl combine all the ingredients for homemade Caesar salad dressing.
