- Add all of the ingredients to a medium to large jar.
- Cover tightly and shake for 30-60 seconds.
- Uncover, taste, add more salt or pepper as needed, and serve.
- Will hold in the fridge for 4 days.
How to Make Apple Cider Vinaigrette in a BOWL:
- Add the apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, broth, garlic clove, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Whisk together until the honey and mustard are dissolved.
- While whisking, slowly pour the olive oil to the bowl.
- Taste, add more salt or pepper as needed, and serve.
- Move leftovers to a jar or lidded container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
