How to Make Healthy Sweet Potato Fries
I like to use parchment paper in most of my baking recipes. It means you don’t need to oil the baking sheet, this saving more calories. As a bonus, clean up is easier too!
But if you don’t have parchment paper you can oil the baking sheet so that the fries won’t stick.
How to Make Baked Skinny Sweet Potatoes:
- Preheat the oven to 450°, and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Peel the potatoes, and cut them into quarter inch sticks, adding them to the baking sheets as you go.
- Spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Then add to the oven.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip the sweet potato fries and bake for an additional 10 minutes until crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
- Serve hot.
