How to Make Healthy Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Meanwhile, cut each sweet potato into 16 wedges. Start by cutting in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 8 wedges.
- Add the cut sweet potatoes and your choice of seasoning in a large bowl, and toss well to coat the sweet potatoes with seasoning.
- Spray the sweet potato wedges with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (working in batches as needed).
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flip then air fry for an additional 5-8 minutes until browned on the edges and soft in the centers.
- Serve hot, with one of the healthy dips above.

Low Sodium Tips: Remove the salt from the recipes and replace it with lemon zest. Or make one of the homemade seasoning blends and omit the salt. For the Ranch and Italian use lemon zest and for the Taco seasoning use lime zest.
