I like add the smear last, this ensures that it doesn’t make the spinach wrap soggy. But if you’re making it right before you eat it, you can add the smear first.


How to Make Low Calorie Turkey Wraps for Weight Loss:
- Place the spinach wrap on a plate or cutting board.
- In this order (to avoid sogginess) top the spinach wrap with the romaine leaves, sliced turkey, avocado, tomato, and the cheese.
