How to Make Low Calorie Arnold Palmer Drinks
It takes just 5 minutes (or less) to make an Arnold Palmer iced tea lemonade, if you have all the ingredients on hand.
If you need make the tea and the lemonade it might take a bit longer, but then you can make an entire pitcher!
Should you decide to make an entire pitcher the Arnold Palmer iced tea to lemonade ratio is 2 to 1 (2:1) for every 2 cups of iced tea, you will want 1 cup of lemonade.
How to Make Sugar Free Arnold Palmer Drink:
- Add the ice to a tall glass.
- Pour in the lemonade, then top with iced tea.
- Garnish with mint and lemon wedge, and serve.

- ½ cup Low Sugar Homemade Lemonade click for recipe
- 1 cup unsweetened iced tea see below for recipe
- 1 cup ice
- 1 mint sprig optional
- 1 lemon wedge optional
Instructions
- Add the ice to a tall glass.
- Pour in the lemonade, then top with iced tea.
- Garnish with mint and lemon wedge, and serve.

The Easiest Black Iced Tea Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 cups water divided
- 6 black tea bags tags removed
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring 4 cups water to a simmer.
- Turn off the heat and add the tea bags. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags, add the remaining 4 cups cold water to the pan.
- Cool until room temperature, then transfer the iced tea to a pitcher.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours before drinking.
