How to Make Low Calorie Spiked Iced Tea Cocktails
These tea infused vodka cocktails are great for hot afternoons, and backyard barbecues. And these recipes for spiked tea are easy to make, and don’t require any fancy equipment!
How to Make Skinny Spiked Iced Tea Recipes:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a bowl in a large sauce pan, add in the tea bags and turn off the heat. Steep, covered for 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove and discard the tea bags with a slotted spoon.
- Pour in the zero calorie all-natural sweetener and stir until dissolved.
- Add in any fruit or mint (each iced tea cocktail has different fruit, see recipe card below) and let the fruit and tea mixture cool for 10 minutes.
- Pour the cold water into a pitcher and add the fruit and iced tea mixture to the pitcher. Refrigerate until cold.
- Strain out the fruit (or not, I like to leave it in!) and add in the vodka or your favorite spirit.
- To serve, pour the iced tea cocktails with vodka into tall glasses filled with ice.
