  • 2 ripe mangos diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and minced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • In a medium bow, mix the mango salsa ingredients together.
  • Taste, and add salt and pepper as needed.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
