- 3 avocados
- Ā¼ cup red onion diced
- 2 to matoes diced
- ā cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 jalapeƱo pepper diced, seeds and ribs removed
- 1 garlic clove diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce optional, to taste
InstructionsĀ
- Scoop the avocados into a medium sized bowl. Discard the pit and skin.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, add the remaining ingredients and mash together a bit more.
- Taste and add in additional lime juice or salt as needed.
