- In a gallon freezer bag combine the cayenne, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice. Mix well then add in the sliced chicken and mix again.
- Place the bag in the fridge to marinate for 1 to 12 hours.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with olive oil and add in the bell peppers, onions and jalapeño. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, mixing once.
- Push the veggies to the sides and add in the chicken and marinade. Cook for 10 minutes flipping the chicken once.
- Mix the veggies and chicken together and cook until the onions and bell pepper are soft and the chicken is cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings, over corn or flour tortillas.
