  1. Preheat oven to 350° and spray a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Spread the chips out over the prepared baking sheet, top with beans, shredded beef (or your desired protein) and cheese.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  4. Top with tomato, green onion, jalapeños, cilantro, and any optional toppings (guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Greek Yogurt and/or hot sauce if desired) and serve.
