These egg, tortilla breakfast recipes take just 15 minutes to make (from start to finish) and they can be frozen and re-heated at a later date!

How to Make Breakfast Wraps to Go:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the spinach and cook until it starts to wilt. About 5 minutes. 
  2. Remove the spinach to a plate.
  3. Whisk the 4 eggs in a medium bowl, spray the pan with olive oil, and add the eggs to the pan.
  4. Scramble the eggs until just set, then remove from the heat.
  5. To each tortilla add eggs, 1/8 cup of cheese, cooked spinach and diced tomato (and optional meat)..
  6. Roll up the breakfast wraps like a burrito, cut in half, and serve hot.

You Can FREEZE Breakfast Wraps!

  1. Wrap each tortilla breakfast wrap in Parchment Paper.
  2. Place the breakfast wraps in a gallon freezer bag.
  3. Freeze and store for up to 1 month in the freezer.
