We used all natural sweetener- which has 0g sugar, and 0 calories, but is made from sugar cane and is all-natural!… Though you can absolutely use sugar, honey, or your favorite sweetener to make this weight loss lemonade.


Herbed lemonade is a wonderful way to enjoy summer, and all the fresh herbs and lemons. This version will always be our favorite!

How to Make Lavender Lemonade
Making a low calorie lemonade with lavender is easy and fun!
All you need is a sauce pot, and fine mesh strainer (to remove the lavender) which you can skip if you like pulp…
How to Make Purple Lemonade:
- In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener, dried lavender leaves, and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener.
- Cool to room temperature, strain with a fine mesh strainer to remove the lavender leaves then refrigerate until chilled.
- Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds and pulp.
- In a large pitcher, stir together chilled lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
- To serve: Fill a large glass with ice, pour homemade lemonade over the ice and garnish with a lemon slice.

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener
- 1 cup dried lavender flowers
- 8 cups water divided
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice about 8 lemons
- 1 lemon sliced (optional- for garnish)
Instructions
