These Lemon Popsicles are low calorie (just 22 calories), low sugar (1.6g) and low carb (1.6g)… and they are so easy to make!
We have used a zero calorie all-natural simple syrup, but you could use regular simple syrup, honey, or agave instead if you prefer.

  • To a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, simple syrup, lemon juice and zest.
  • Mix well and spoon into popsicle molds.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks, and freeze for 4 hours, until completely frozen.
