How to Make Blueberry Lemonade
Making a low calorie homemade simply blueberry lemonade is easy and fun!
Get the kids to help you make this blueberry lemonade drink, it’s a fun kitchen activity to work on together in the summer.


How to Make Blueberry Lemonade:
- In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener, blueberries and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Add the blueberry syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer, and discard seeds and thick pulp.
- Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds and most of the pulp.
- In a large pitcher, stir together chilled blueberry syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
- To serve: Fill a large glass with ice, pour homemade blueberry lemonade over the ice and garnish with a lemon slice and a few blueberries.

- 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener
- 8 cups water divided
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice about 8 lemons
- 1 lemon sliced (optional- for garnish)
- 1/4 cup blueberries (optional- for garnish)
