  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest about 1 orange
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice about 1 large orange

  • 2 medium bowls
  • Citrus zester
  • Simple citrus juicer
  • Popsicle Molds and Sticks

Instructions
 

  • To a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, simple syrup, and zest.
  • Add half of the mixed yogurt to a separate bowl and slowly mix in the juice 2 tablespoons at a time.
  • To fill each popsicle mold, alternate adding 2 tablespoons orange yogurt, and vanilla yogurt until filled leaving 1/4-inch from the top empty (for expansion during freezing).
  • Use a butter knife or popsicle stick to gently mix the vanilla yogurt and orange yogurt in each popsicle mold.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks, and freeze for 4 hours, until completely frozen.
