  • 1 cucumber quartered
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 2 pounds fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups water if using a blender

9 Optional Add-Ins: 

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1.5 cups mango
  • 1 cucumber quartered
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
 

Blender Directions:

  • Remove the leaves rind and core of your pineapple. Cut into large cubes.
  • Add the pineapple and water to a blender, along with any additional add in ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Yields about 4 cups.
  • Each serving of blended pineapple juice is about 2 cups.

Juicer Directions:

  • Remove the leaves rind and core of your pineapple. Cut into large cubes or wedges.
  • Add the pineapple to the juicer according to the juicer directions, alternating between pineapple and additional optional add ins if needed.
  • Discard pulp.
  • Yields about 1 1/2 cup.
  • Each serving of blended pineapple juice is about 3/4 cup.
  • Special Tip: for a larger serving, mix the water with the pure pineapple juice.
