Salt Rim:

  • Add the salt to a shallow dish.
  • Wet the rim of a rocks or margarita glass with the slice of lime.
  • Gently rotate the rim into the salt to coat the edge of the glass evenly.

Skinny Margarita:

  • Add the tequila, lime juice, agave, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake well to chill, then pour in the sparkling water, stir with a spoon (shaking with the other ingredients can cause it it bubble over).
  • Pour the contents of the shaker (including the ice) into a glass and serve.
