Equipment You’ll Need to Make Spicy Pineapple Margarita:
- Cocktail shaker
- Muddler
How to Make a Jalapeño Margarita:
- Add the salt to a shallow dish. Wet the rim of a rocks or margarita glass with the slice of lime, and gently rotate the rim into the salt to coat the edge of the glass evenly. Fill with 1/2 cup ice and set aside.
- To a cocktail shaker, add the triple sec and 2 slices of jalapeño, and gently muddle.
- Then add in the tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice, and 1/2 cup ice to the shaker. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain the jalapeño pineapple margarita into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a slice of jalapeño.
