Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Lime wedge
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ ounce triple sec
  • 1 fresh jalapeño
  • 1 ½ ounces tequila
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce no sugar added pineapple juice (see recipe card)
  • Pineapple slice (optional garnish)

  • Add the salt to a shallow dish. Wet the rim of a rocks or margarita glass with the slice of lime, and gently rotate the rim into the salt to coat the edge of the glass evenly. Fill with 1/2 cup ice and set aside.
  • To a cocktail shaker, add the triple sec and 2 slices of jalapeño, and gently muddle.
  • Then add in the tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice, and 1/2 cup ice to the shaker. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain the jalapeño pineapple margarita into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and a slice of jalapeño.
