Thanks to the sweetness of the chocolate protein powder, you won’t need any sugar or honey to sweeten this recipe.
But we do need something “sticky” to hold it all together, and that’s the apple sauce. You can swap it out for pear baby food if you can’t have apple sauce.

What I really love about this recipe is that you mix and bake the granola in the same pan.
This helps cut down the clean up time and makes the recipe extra easy.


How to Make Low Calorie Protein Granola:
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- In a 9 x 9 casserole dish, combine all the granola ingredients, and mix well.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring twice, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and leave uncovered on the countertop overnight to crisp up. Then store in a cool dry place for up to a week.
