Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • In a 9 x 9 casserole dish, combine all the granola ingredients, and mix well.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring twice, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and leave uncovered on the countertop overnight to crisp up. Then store in a cool dry place for up to a week.
