How to Make Healthy French Toast Sticks
To save time and work, you can slice the bread sticks the night before and leave on a plate, uncovered on your countertop. This will dry them out and you can skip toasting them in the skillet.
And you can store leftovers in a air tight container or freezer bag. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or the freezer for a month.

How to Make Protein French Toast Sticks:
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Slice the each slice of bread into 4 sticks.
- Add the bread sticks to the hot dry pan, and toast until a little dried out and crispy.
- Meanwhile, add the eggs, almond milk, and protein powder in a shallow bowl or pie pan. Whisk well.
- Add the toasted bread sticks to the egg mixture, flip and soak up all of the eggs.
- Move the toast sticks to the hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes each side.
- Alternatively you can bake the sticks in a hot oven on a cookie sheet (see directions below in recipe card!)
