- Add to a glass bowl and add sugar and lemon juice
- Let sit for 15-30 minutes until the strawberry juice creates a sauce

- If you are using frozen strawberries, microwave for 30 seconds.
- Place the strawberries, powdered sugar, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth add a tablespoon water if needed to get the ingredients moving.
