How to Make Cauliflower Rice:

  • Remove any greens from your cauliflower head.
  • Wash and dry cauliflower
  • Cheese Grater Method: Cut the cauliflower into large chunks and use the medium-sized holes, to grate.
  • Food Processor Method: Cut into small pieces and use the grater attachment to grate the cauliflower.
  • Knife Method: Use a large knife to finely chop the cauliflower into smaller rice-sized pieces.
  • Blender Method: Add cauliflower florets to a blender and pulse until small pieces form, about 15 to 60 seconds, scraping the cauliflower down as needed.

How to Cook Cauliflower Rice:

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the cauliflower rice in a single layer.
  • Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the rice becomes tender and the excess liquid cooks off.
