  • 1 tablespoon all-natural low calorie honey or regular honey
  • 1 cup berries blueberries, raspberries, diced strawberries, blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese and honey to a bowl and mix together.
  • Top with berries, almonds and chia seeds.
  • Serve cold.
