Healthy Cottage Cheese Toasts for Weight Loss Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days, does not hold well in the fridge.

Low Calorie Cottage Cheese Toasts for Weight Loss
Ingredients
- 1 slice multigrain bread
- ¼ cup cottage cheese (we used low fat)
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup your choice of fruit see below
5 Healthy Cottage Cheese Toast Flavors:
- Strawberry
- Blueberry
- Raspberry
- Peach
- Figs
Instructions
- Add your bread to a toaster, and toast the way you like it.
- Meanwhile, add the cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract to a small bowl (or add to a food processor/blender for whipped cottage cheese).
- Mix together until combined and spoon over the prepared toast.
- Top with fruit, and serve.
