This homemade vanilla iced latte is a Starbucks “copycat” recipe… with a few notable differences.

Homemade VS. Starbucks:

  • Just 30 calories (vs. Starbucks 300 calories)

Nutrition and Calories in Iced Vanilla Latte Recipe

The nutrition and calories in iced lattes below is based off 1 serving (about 1.5 cups) of the above recipes for homemade vanilla lattes.

I used the zero calorie all-natural sweetener, but sugar will work. It will however slightly change the calories and sugar in the recipe.

Furthermore, I also used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk to make this Starbucks Copycat recipe, you could use any milk you prefer, but it will change the nutrition.

Important Note: As a reminder, at Lose Weight By Eating it is our goal to make you healthier, all-natural versions of your favorite recipes… not all will be “diet worthy” depending on the diet you are on. But they will be healthier versions to help curb your cravings.
