I used the lowest calorie milk and sweeteners to make this healthy pumpkin spice latte, but you can use your favorites! See all the wonderful all natural sugar options in the recipe card below.


And unlike the coffee houses, I mix the milk and real pumpkin puree together to add a boost of pumpkin flavor. As a bonus, it boosts the nutrition in the recipe too!!

Ingredients in Healthy Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
As noted below, you can use whatever milk and sugar you prefer. You can read more on the all-natural zero calorie sweetener in the recipe card below. And you can absolutely use real (or ideally raw) sugar in this recipe if you prefer.
I like to get almond milk whipped cream to top these drinks with, you can find it next to the other whipped creams at the store.
Almond milk naturally boosts metabolism and is much lower in calories and unhealthy fats. And that’s why I choose it, but regular whipped cream or even coconut whipped cream will work as well.


Shopping List for Skinny Iced Pumpkin Spice Lattes:
- Strong brewed coffee or espresso
- Unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Pure Pumpkin Puree
- Vanilla extract
- Zero Calorie All-Natural Sweetener (see recipe card below!) or coconut sugar, monk fruit, or raw sugar
- Almond milk whipped cream (optional)
How to Make Skinny Iced Pumpkin Spice Lattes
If you prefer a blended version, simply add the ingredients and 2 cups of ice to a blender and blend. These serve in 2 glasses, or have the entire drink for yourself, it’s so low in calories to can do that!


How to Make Healthy Iced Pumpkin Spice Lattes:
- In a 3 cup measuring cup (or a 3 cup jar) combine the hot coffee, milk, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and chosen sweetener.
- Mix well with a spoon until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
- Fill two glasses with ice and, and pour over the pumpkin latte.
- Top with whipped cream (if using) and another sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice.
- Serve cold.
