Healthy Matcha Latte Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.

Low Calorie Matcha Latte
Equipment
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 1-2 teaspoons matcha powder
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk warmed
- Zero Calorie All Natural Sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Sift your matcha into a large mug.
- Add the hot water and whisk briskly, in an up and down motion for 30 seconds, until frothy.
- Add the almond milk and whisk until well combined.
- Add sweetener as needed and serve.
