  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond milk (Or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
  • 2 teaspoons Zero Calorie All Natural Sweetener

Healthy Homemade Chai Latte Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.

  • Brew the chai tea bags and water according to the package.
  • Heat the milk and sweetener in a small sauce pan on medium low heat. Once warmed whisk briskly and constantly to create foam. (Or just warm together if you prefer no foam)
  • Remove from heat, stir the milk into the tea, and serve.

Special Tip:

  • To make a Vanilla Chai Tea Latte, use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk.
