Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener (see recipe card) for more options
  • 8 cups water 
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ½ cups lemon juice about 8 lemons
  • 1 lemon sliced (optional- for garnish)
  • ¼ cup raspberries (optional- for garnish)

Meal Prep: This is a wonderful make ahead drink! Make the lemonade, add to jars and cover (I like to leave room for ice in the jars- and add it when I serve).

This Low Calorie Raspberry Lemonade is just 9 calories, low in sugar and carbs too!
I use my favorite zero calorie all natural sugar (made from real sugar cane!) to sweeten this lemonade, but any sugar will work in it's place.
Special Tip: You can swap the lemon juice for lime juice if you want to make a raspberry limeade!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener
  • 8 cups water divided
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 ½ cups lemon juice about 8 lemons
  • 1 lemon sliced optional- for garnish
  • ¼ cup raspberries optional- for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener, raspberries and 1 cup of water.
  • Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  • Add the raspberry syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer, and discard seeds and thick pulp.
  • Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds and most of the pulp.
  • In a large pitcher, stir together chilled raspberry syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
  • To serve: Fill a large glass with ice, pour homemade raspberry lemonade over the ice and garnish with a lemon slice and a few raspberries.
