Meal Prep: You can meal prep these ahead of time and add to jars for later. Cover and add to the fridge or the freezer.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for 2 weeks (it won’t freeze solid thanks to the booze).

Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled watermelon rind and seeds discarded and the flesh cut into pieces
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 teaspoon Triple Sec
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 Lime Wedge (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Add the watermelon and the vodka to a blender and puree.
- Pour in the Triple Sec, and give it a couple more pulses.
- Pout into a glass or jar, garnish with a lime and serve cold.
