  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 teaspoon Triple Sec
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 Lime Wedge (optional garnish)

Healthy Watermelon Vodka Cocktails Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for 2 weeks (it won’t freeze solid thanks to the booze).

These Low Calorie Watermelon Vodka Cocktails are just 159 calories for a big drink, and so fun and refreshing!
You can add more vodka if you like, but the idea behind these dinks is to be a light afternoon drink. Like a White Claw level alcohol.
Special Tip: If you want your drink to be super slushy, cube and freeze your watermelon for a few hours and it will be more like a slushy.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups chilled watermelon rind and seeds discarded and the flesh cut into pieces
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 teaspoon Triple Sec
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 Lime Wedge (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Add the watermelon and the vodka to a blender and puree.
  • Pour in the Triple Sec, and give it a couple more pulses.
  • Pout into a glass or jar, garnish with a lime and serve cold.
