As I noted above, I like make this with the Lemonade Sparkling Ice flavor, and sometimes that means the Berry, or Strawberry Lemonade flavor.

But you can use your favorite, or even La Crox (though it might not be as sweet) to make this weight loss drink.

  • Strawberries or Raspberries (optional)

How to Make Sparkling Ice and Baking Soda

I like to start people off with 1/2 of the drink, just to make sure they like the flavor and can handle the baking soda. That is why the photos have small glasses.

But you can try the entire drink on your first go too. You may burp A-LOT, but that’s it.

How to Make Ice Drink Baking Soda Recipes:

  1. To a cocktail shaker (or a tall glass) add the baking soda and the lemon juice.
  2. Stir well to dissolve the baking soda.
  3. Add in the berries and mint (if using) and use a spoon, fork or muddler to mash at the bottom of the glass.
  4. Top with Sparkling Ice (slowly so it doesn’t not bubble over) and gently stir with a spoon or straw.
  5. Pour into a glass (or skip and drink out of the glass) and serve cold.
  6. Special Note: You can add ice to the drink, but be careful as it might bubble over.
