1. Lemon Salt Water

2. Lemon Lime Salt Water

3. Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon Salt Water

4. Ginger Lemon Salt Water

5. Cayenne Lemon Salt Water

Instructions
 

Make it Hot:

  • Heat the water in a kettle, on the stovetop, or in the microwave.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Once the salt is dissolved, drink quickly. If you dislike the flavor, you can add in 1 teaspoon honey or agave.

Make it Cold:

  • To a tall glass add all the ingredients.
  • Mix well, the salt will not completely dissolve in the cold method.
  • Drink like a shooter, if you find this method difficult, try the hot version above.
