I have cut the calories this Korean corn cheese casserole with the help of light mayo and All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar.
You can absolutely use whatever mayo and sugar you have on hand, but it will change the calories, fat, and sugar quite a lot.

- Sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
- Light mayonnaise
- Shredded mozzarella

How to Make Healthy Korean Corn Cheese
These Korean corn recipes cheese make a great dip or side dish. No matter how you decide to serve these corn cheese recipes, you’ll be able to make them in just 17 minutes, including prep time!
If you’re serving it as a dip, I recommend making this recipe for corn cheese in a cast iron skillet or pretty baking dish. You won’t want to move it after baking to keep it in tact and pretty.
How to Make Low Calorie Cheesy Corn:
- Preheat oven to 400˚F and spray a baking dish with olive oil.
- To a large bowl, add the corn, mayonnaise, 1/2 of the cheese, sugar, onions, salt and pepper. Mix well until corn is well coated with mayonnaise and cheese.
- Add the mixture to the prepared baking dish, and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes until bubbling.
- Broil for 2-4 minutes or until top is browned, watching closely so it doesn’t burn.
- Serve hot as a side dish, or dip with chips and veggie chips.

- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella

This is thanks to the use of light mayo, and All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar. You can use regular mayo and sugar, but it will increase the calories, sugar, and fat quite a lot.
