Basic Grilled Corn Recipe:

  • 4 ears of corn shucked and cleaned
  • 4 teaspoons butter or vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

4 Additional Seasonings for Grilled Corn in Foil:

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill on high and heat for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add each ear of corn to a piece of foil. Add desired seasoning (salt and butter, or butter and one of the additional seasonings supplied above) to all 4 ears of corn. Wrap tightly and set aside.
  • Add prepared corn and grill, turning often, until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  • Move to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes, then carefully (using oven mitts!) remove the foil and serve.
