Ingredients in Healthy Yogurt Toast

You only need a handful of ingredients to make this healthy yogurt toast. I like to use greek yogurt to make the custard as it naturally boosts metabolism and makes the custard extra creamy. But you can use any yogurt you like.

If you do choose a sweetened yogurt, just skip the honey or maple syrup, you can even use berry flavored yogurt in this recipe!
