This quick and easy baking soda weight loss drink should be drank once a day on an empty stomach. So make it first thing in the morning (before your coffee) and drink it right away.

  1. To a tall glass add the baking soda and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until the baking soda has dissolved.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of ice, and the apple cider vinegar and simple syrup (if using).
  4. Slowly pour in the sparkling water (if you don’t work slowly here, it will bubble over).
  5. Serve over ice.
