  • To a tall glass add the baking soda and lemon juice.
  • Mix well until the baking soda has dissolved.
  • Add 1/2 cup of ice, and the apple cider vinegar and simple syrup (if using).
  • Slowly pour in the sparkling water (if you don’t work slowly here, it will bubble over).
  • Serve over ice.
