This quick and easy baking soda weight loss drink should be drank once a day on an empty stomach. So make it first thing in the morning (before your coffee) and drink it right away.

How to Make Seltzer Baking Soda Drink:
- To a tall glass add the baking soda and lemon juice.
- Mix well until the baking soda has dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup of ice, and the apple cider vinegar and simple syrup (if using).
