Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.

These homemade Parfait Snack Jars come in 5 different flavors, and are a great way to meal prep healthy snacks.
You can make your own granola (which will save you calories, fat, and sugar) or you can use store bought. You can also use regular honey if you like.
These parfait yogurt snacks are easy and healthy, and packed with protein! Perfect for lunch boxes, or eating at your desk!

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl combine the Greek yogurt and the honey. Mix well.
  • To a jar or bowl add 1/4 cup sweetened Greek Yogurt, then add in the granola, next add in the fruit, and top with remaining yogurt.
  • Close the snack jars up and store in the fridge for 2-4 days. Best when served within 24 hours (otherwise the granola can get a bit soggy).
