How to Make Low Calorie Cinnamon Apples in a Slow Cooker:
- Peel, core and slice apples into 1/2 inch thick slices.
- As you work, add the apples to a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and zero calorie all natural brown sugar. Stir to coat the apples evenly.
- Cover and cook on High for 3 hours, or Low for 6 hours, stir halfway through cooking.
- Once desired softness has been reached. Turn off the slow cooker and spoon the apples into a glass bowl to cool, or serve hot.

Equipment

Ingredients
- 3 pounds sweet apples about 6 large apples, Gala, Honey Crisp, Fugi
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup zero calorie all natural brown sugar
Instructions
