  • Fill a large glass with ice.
  • Peel the grapefruit, orange, and lime. Add to a blender or juicer.
  • Add the ginger root to the blender or juicer.
  • Blend (or juice) the ingredients together.
  • Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Pour the strained juice into the glass of ice, top with apple cider vinegar and simple syrup (if using).
  • Mix together and drink.
