I like to make this grapefruit juice drink in a blender, it’s easier to clean than a juicer. But you could use either to make it.
I like to drink this weight loss drink in the morning, before I add anything to my stomach (so before coffee too). It works best on an empty stomach, but you can drink it 1-3 times per day. So here are some more good times to drink it.
When to Drink Grapefruit Weight Loss Juice:
- You can drink 1-3 times per day- best on an empty stomach
- Try in the morning before your coffee or breakfast
- Drink 30-60 minutes before lunch, it will help reduce hunger so you don’t eat as much
- Have before dinner, it almost tastes like a cocktail (without the booze) I like to have before dinner to curb cocktail cravings and lower hunger so I don’r eat as much at dinner.

- Fill a large glass with ice.
- Peel the grapefruit, orange, and lime. Add to a blender or juicer.
