But don’t worry, all are available at most local grocery stores. I try to stay away from the hard to find ingredients.

I found some all-natural zero calorie brown sugar and low calorie chocolate chips to make this recipe. But you can use what you have on hand if you prefer.
And I like a “fudge chocolate” protein powder to make these brownies. It really boosts the flavor and is all-natural. I included more information on all of these ingredients in the recipe card below.

How to Make Low Calorie Protein Brownies
I like to use parchment paper, it makes clean up a breeze. Plus it keeps the calories as low as possible as you don’t need to grease the baking dish.
If you don’t have parchment paper, just lightly grease the baking dish with coconut oil or butter so the brownies won’t stick to the baking dish.

How to Make Healthy Protein Brownies:
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a 9×13 casserole dish with parchment paper.
- In a large sauce pan add the coconut oil, brown sugar, and chocolate and heat on low until melted. Mixing often.
- Once melted, remove from heat and add in the greek yogurt and almond milk. Test to see if the mixture is cooled, and if so proceed. If not let it sit for 5 minutes before adding in eggs.
- Add the eggs and mix until incorporated.
- To the wet ingredients, add the flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix together until just combinded, it will be thick.
- Add the brownie mix to the preparied cassarole dish, and smooth to an even layer.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes, you know they are done when the sides pull away from pan and the center resists pressure.
- Let cool for 1 hour before cutting into 16 squares.
