How to Make Healthy Watermelon Lemonade
This simple recipe is easy and makes 10 cups, so one batch will keep you in low calorie lemonade for a while.
I like to freeze leftovers into ice cubes to add to drinks later. They are wonderful in more lemonade, in soda water, or iced tea.


How to Make Skinny Watermelon Lemonade:
- In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener, watermelon and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Add the watermelon syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon mixture through a fine mesh strainer, and discard the pulp.
- Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds and most of the pulp.
- In a large pitcher, stir together chilled watermelon syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
- To serve: Fill a large glass with ice, pour homemade watermelon lemonade over the ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
