Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 clementines
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons zero calorie all natural maple sweetener (or honey, agave, maple syrup)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 clementines peeled and separated
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons zero calorie all natural maple sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine the fruit.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, zero calorie all-natural sweetener, and vanilla and mix well.
  • Gently fold Greek yogurt sauce into fruit salad.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for 2-12 hours before serving.
